What is your refund policy?

At Family Orbit, we want to ensure you are happy with your subscription. Please carefully read our refund policy below:

Refunds for Subscription:

• Cancellation for Next Renewal: You can cancel your subscription before the next renewal date to avoid future charges. However, cancellations for previous months are not refundable.
• All Sales Are Final: No refunds will be issued for:
  • Change of mind.
  • Inability to install the app.
  • Failure to obtain the child’s Apple ID and password.

Refunds for Performance Issues:

• If you purchased Family Orbit and it doesn’t perform as advertised on our website, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase. Our technical support team will work to resolve the issue.
• If the issue persists for 7 days, a refund may be issued, subject to a 10% processing charge.

Non-Refundable Scenarios:

We do not issue refunds for the following reasons:

• Change of mind or accidental purchase.
• Inability to access the child’s Apple ID/Password.
• Failure to provide the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) code for iCloud-based monitoring.
• Inability to accept technical assistance via remote support or online helpdesk.
• No access to a compatible PC or Mac for the Family Orbit Desktop App for iOS monitoring.
• Lack of authorized access to the target phone during installation and setup.
• Inability to monitor text messages on iOS 12+ with 2FA enabled (alternative methods are available for iOS 12 & above).
• The app is removed or app permissions are altered on the child’s device.

Automatic Renewals:

• Your subscription will automatically renew until canceled.
• To cancel, use the "Manage Subscription" link provided in your purchase email, or request cancellation via our support desk.
• Note: A refund cannot be issued if you fail to cancel before the auto-renewal date.
