How can I see my child’s real-time location?

Family Orbit regularly refreshes the last known location of the members. To view the real-time location, on your Family Orbit app:

1. Go to the Home Screen, tap on the tab Locate,
2. Tap on a member’s name or a member’s icon

You can also view real-time location and location history from your online panel at https://www.familyorbit.com/cp

Note: The location services in the member’s device need to be turned on in order to get location updates.
