How to uninstall Family Orbit?

If you need to uninstall Family Orbit from a device, follow the steps below. Note that removing the app will stop all monitoring and tracking features associated with the device.

Disable Screen Time Restrictions (If Set):

• Go to Settings > Screen Time.
• Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions and turn it OFF if enabled.
• Ensure app deletion is allowed under iTunes & App Store Purchases > Deleting Apps > Allow.

Uninstall the App:

• Locate the Family Orbit app on the home screen or App Library.
• Press and hold the app icon until a menu appears.
• Tap Remove App, then select Delete App to confirm.

Important Notes

Subscription Cancellation:
Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel your subscription. If you no longer need the service, log in to your Family Orbit account and cancel your subscription via Account Settings or the app store (if purchased through In-App Purchases).

Data Deletion:
Family Orbit does not automatically delete historical data when the app is uninstalled. To request data deletion, contact Family Orbit Support or follow the account deletion process within the app or web portal.
