How to reset my password?

To reset the password, open the link https://www.familyorbit.com/cp/index.php?view=forgot and enter the email address you used to register for Family Orbit. Click on Send and the service will send an email to your mail address with a password-reset link. You can click on the link and enter a new password to re-gain access to your online panel.
