It is only possible to cancel your subscription for the next renewal. Please note that canceling your subscription may lead to immediate account closure.

If you purchased Family Orbit using the In-App Purchase in the iOS App, please follow the steps from the below link to cancel the Family Orbit subscription.

If you purchased from Paddle, please visit www.paddle.net to cancel. Find the cancellation link in the email receipt sent to you.

You will receive an email, confirming your account cancellation. Please contact us if you haven't received the email within a few hours of the cancellation.
Deleting your account is not equivalent to canceling your subscription.
In case the renewal fails due to a credit card error, the system will retry the charge periodically. Please cancel the subscription with us to avoid any surprise charges.
