You can cancel your subscription for the next renewal only. Please note canceling your subscription may lead to the immediate closure of your account.
Follow the below steps to cancel your account:-
Log in to the online panel here: https://www.familyorbit.com/cp
Click on the "Subscription" menu item in the top-right, followed by "Subscription" again in the drop-down menu.
You will see the license management screen. Click on the "Subscription" tab followed by the "X" (delete) button. You will have to confirm your decision. Family Orbit subscription would be canceled and you would be logged out.
If you see no subscription listed under the "Subscription" tab, and you are not able to cancel the subscription. It may probably mean that you used a different email address to make the purchase and a different email address to sign up for the Family Orbit service.
Please contact our help desk if you are not able to cancel your subscription.

Enter the email address you used during the purchase to find your order. (This could be your PayPal ID.)
You will receive an email from Fastspring, confirming your account cancellation. Please contact us if you haven't received the email within a few hours of the cancellation.
Note: If you purchased Family Orbit using the In-App Purchase in the iOS App, please follow the steps from the below link to cancel the Family Orbit subscription.
