How to Cancel Your Family Orbit Subscription

You can cancel your Family Orbit subscription for the next renewal. Please note that canceling your subscription may result in immediate account closure.

1. If You Purchased Through FastSpring:

You can manage your subscription through the FastSpring dashboard. To do this:

• Visit the FastSpring Account Dashboard.
• Enter the email address used during the purchase (this could be your PayPal ID) to find your order and manage your subscription.

2. If You Purchased Through the Apple App Store:

If you subscribed via In-App Purchase on the iOS App, follow these steps to cancel your Family Orbit subscription:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap on your Apple ID at the top of the screen (your name).
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Find and select Family Orbit from the list of active subscriptions.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm.

3. If You Purchased Through Google Play:

If you subscribed via Google Play, follow these steps to cancel your Family Orbit subscription:

1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap the Menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner.
3. Go to Subscriptions.
4. Select Family Orbit from the list of subscriptions.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the instructions.

4. If You Purchased Through Paddle:

If you purchased through Paddle, you can cancel by following these steps:

• Visit Paddle.net.
• Find the cancellation link in your email receipt and follow the instructions to cancel your subscription.

Important Notes:

• Deleting your account is not the same as canceling your subscription.
