Family Orbit makes it easy to set up a geofence—a virtual boundary around a specific area. When your child enters or leaves this area, you will receive instant alerts on the parent's device. Each geofence applies to all children linked to your account and can range from 250 meters to 2000 meters in radius.
Steps to Set Up a Geofence:

Open the Parent App:
Launch the Family Orbit Parent app on your device. -
Go to Geofence Settings:
- Tap on the More tab in the bottom navigation bar.
- Select Geofence from the options.

Add a New Geofence:
- Tap the + icon in the bottom-right to create a new geofence.

Set the Location:
- Navigate the map to the desired location.
- Zoom in for precision and press and hold on the map to drop a pin at the desired spot.

Adjust the Radius:
- Use the slider or settings to set the radius of the geofence between 250 meters and 2000 meters.

Save Changes:
- Tap the Save or Back button and confirm by selecting Yes to save the geofence.
Important Notes:
- Ensure Location Services are enabled on both your device and your child’s device.
- The geofence settings apply to all children associated with your Family Orbit account.
By setting up geofences, you can stay informed about your child’s whereabouts and ensure their safety.
