To delete your Family Orbit account, follow the steps below based on the platform or device you are using:
Via Web Panel:

Log in to Your Account:
- Visit the Family Orbit Web Panel and log in with your credentials.

Go to Account Settings:
- Once logged in, navigate to the Account Settings section.

Select Delete Account:
- Scroll down to find the option to delete your account.
- Click Delete Account and confirm your choice when prompted.
Via Mobile Apps (Parent App):

Open the App:
- Launch the Family Orbit Parent App on your device.

Access Account Settings:
- Tap the More tab.

Choose Delete Account:
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
Important Notes:
- Uninstall the App: Before deleting your account, ensure you uninstall the Family Orbit app from all your child’s devices. This will stop any further data syncing or monitoring.
- Subscription Cancellation: Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. To prevent recurring charges, make sure to cancel your subscription first. Learn how to cancel your subscription here.
- Data Removal: Once your account is deleted, all associated data will be permanently removed and cannot be restored.
- Support Assistance: If you encounter any issues during the process, contact the Family Orbit support team for help.
