There could be a few reasons why a member’s location data is not getting updated-
- Member has not actually moved. Remember- Family Orbit will conserve battery by not uploading location if the device is not actually moving at all,
- Member has switched off the phone, or the battery is exhausted
- Member has entered an area in which there is no network connection
- Member has turned off Location Services to save battery power.
If the location services are turned off, ensure that the setting is turned on to receive the latest location updates.
