Only parents can sign out a child's profile from a device using the online control panel. Follow these steps to sign out a child's profile:

Log in to the Online Panel
- Visit the Family Orbit Control Panel and log in with your parent account credentials.

Navigate to 'My Family'
- Click on the 'My Family' option in the top-right menu.

Select the Child's Profile
- Locate the child whose profile you want to sign out. Click the 'Settings' button next to their name.

Access the 'Account' Tab
- In the new 'Settings' window, navigate to the 'Account' tab.

Initiate Force Signout
- Click the 'Force Sign out' button and confirm your action.

Wait for Confirmation
- The child's status will change to Signing Out... Wait for the child's device to connect and confirm the signout request. Once completed, the status will update to Signed Out.
Note:
- This process applies to the Family Orbit app installed on a child’s Android or iOS device.
- It does not apply to other monitoring methods like iCloud Log Retrieval or WiFi Sync.
