How can a child profile be signed out of a device?

Only parents can sign out a child's profile from a device. To sign out the child, please follow the below steps:

1. Log in to the online panel at https://www.familyorbit.com/cp

2. Go to My Family option from top-right Menu

3. In front of the child whom you wish to sign out, press the Settings button

4. In the new Setting's window, go to Account tab and press Force Signout. Confirm.

Child's status will change to Signing Out... wait for the child's phone to connect and confirm the request. The status will change to Signed Out once this is done and the child's device will be logged out.
