Log in to your online panel and click on the Subscription button on the dashboard.
Click on the menu option "Remote Assistance".
You will be sent to a new page with a form with the following options:
Select the time zone you are in. Select an appointment date. Followed by a time slot. We recommend giving us at least 24 hours to arrange the remote assistance.
That's it, be ready with your child's phone and a computer with administrative access to let our support agent configure the software for you.
