If your iCloud device is not fetching new logs or you receive an email alert like:
"Unauthorized response from Apple invalidates the existing session. Please re-login and retry this operation,"
you will need to update the password associated with the Apple ID and reauthenticate with the 2FA code if the Apple ID is protected with 2FA.
Steps to Update the Password:
Log in to the Online Panel:
- Visit https://www.familyorbit.com/cp and log in to your account.
Go to Device Info:
- From the dashboard, navigate to Device Info.
- Select the correct Apple ID from the drop-down menu.
Click on Actions and Reauthenticate:
- Click on the Actions button and choose Reauthenticate.
Update the Password:
- Enter the new password for the Apple ID. The Apple ID field will remain unchanged.
- Authenticate using the 2FA code if prompted.
That’s it!
Once completed, new logs will be fetched from iCloud as the device uploads new data.
