How to Add an iPhone Using Apple ID for iCloud-based Monitoring?

Follow these steps to add your child's iPhone for iCloud-based monitoring:

Log in to your Family Orbit Control Panel: Open your web browser and go to https://www.familyorbit.com/cp/.

Log in with your Family Orbit account credentials.

Select "Add Apple Device": Once logged in, click the top-right drop-down menu and choose “Add Apple Device.”

Choose iCloud Device: You will be directed to a new screen where you can select iCloud as the monitoring method.

Enter Apple ID Details: The Add Apple ID screen will appear. Here, you will need to:

• Select the child you want to associate with the iCloud device. Please note that only children under 18 can be monitored.
• Enter the Apple ID and Password that are linked to your child’s device. This should be the same Apple ID you have set up on your child’s iOS device. Rest assured, these credentials are stored securely and encrypted in our database.

After entering the details, click on Next.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): If your Apple ID has Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled, you will be prompted to enter the 2FA code sent to your device.

Enter the 2FA code to proceed.

Setup Complete: After successful entry of the 2FA code, you will see a confirmation screen. The monitoring setup is complete, but it may take a few hours for the logs to start appearing.

You will receive email notifications when new logs are fetched from the iCloud servers.
