How to Add an iPhone using Apple ID for iCloud based Monitoring?

Log in to your online control panel at https://www.familyorbit.com/cp/

 Tap on the top-right drop-down menu and this time select, “Add Apple Device”.

You will see a new screen like below:

Add Apple ID Screen will appear:

Here you have to select the Child with whom you wish to associate the iCloud device. It is our policy that only children under the age of 18 can be monitored with our software service.

Enter the Apple ID and Password from your child's device. It must be the same you entered into your child’s iOS device. These credentials are stored encrypted in our database.

Then click on Next.

If your Apple ID is protected with 2FA (Two-factor authentication), the 2FA code would be requested from your device. You need to enter the same to proceed further.

Device selection screen will be shown like below:

Please note if you see no device, it may be you entered the wrong Apple ID or Password or no devices are backup to your iCloud account yet. Create a new back up. Wait a few hours and try again.

If there are multiple devices associated with your Apple ID, it will all be listed there. Make sure to choose the one your child uses and you wish to monitor.

Finally, you will see this screen denoting everything is set up and you just have to wait a couple of hours for the logs to start showing. You will receive email notifications as and when new logs are fetched from the iCloud servers.
