If no data is being fetched from iCloud, please verify the following settings on your child's iPhone:
iCloud Drive:
- Go to Settings → [your child's username] → iCloud → iCloud Drive and ensure it is turned ON.
Photos:
- Go to Settings → [your child's username] → iCloud → Photos and ensure it is turned ON.
iCloud Backup:
- Go to Settings → [your child's username] → iCloud → iCloud Backup and ensure it is turned ON.
Find My iPhone:
- Go to Settings → [your child's username] → iCloud → Find My iPhone and ensure it is turned ON.
Messages:
- Go to Settings → [your child's username] → iCloud → Messages and ensure it is turned OFF.
Create a New iCloud Backup
Once these settings are verified, create a new backup:
- Go to Settings → [username] → iCloud → iCloud Backup → Back Up Now.
- Wait for the backup to complete.
Additional Notes:
If you receive an email alert stating that Family Orbit’s authorization to access iCloud has been revoked, the password or session has likely expired. Follow the steps in this guide to reauthenticate:

Once the above steps are complete, Family Orbit should start fetching logs as soon as new data is uploaded to iCloud.
