If you mistakenly added the parent's Apple ID credentials instead of the child's, you can correct this by removing the old Apple ID and adding the correct one.
Steps to Fix:
Log in to the Control Panel:
- Visit https://www.familyorbit.com/cp and log in to your Family Orbit account.
Go to Device Info:
- Navigate to the Device Info section.
- Select the incorrect Apple ID from the drop-down menu.
- Click the Action button and choose Remove Apple ID.
Add the correct Apple ID:
- After removing the incorrect Apple ID, return to the control panel.
- Click Add New Device and proceed to add the child’s Apple ID credentials.
